A FAMILY HISTORY
Founded by Mr. Benoit Gonthier, the activities of the company began in transportation industry in 1981. At that time, one of the main objectives was to create employment to two of his sons. The beginnings were marked by obtaining a long-term contract with the Canada Post Corporation. In order to meet the requirements of this contract, Mr. Gonthier had allocated four vans and four employees to it.
In July 1986, Mr. Yvan Gonthier and Ms. Nancy Bolduc acquire the family business. It is at this point in time that Transport YN.-Gonthier Inc. sees the day. From then on, a succession of developments will characterize the evolution and expansion of the organization.
